Wilkerson Crane Rental has acquired Jensen Crane Services from Rasmussen Group, expanding its fleet, manpower and geographic reach across the central United States. The acquisition was approved by Wilkerson’s board of directors, chaired by Diana Holt with Jeff Holt serving as board member.
The move brings Jensen Crane Services’ established customer base and industry expertise under Wilkerson’s operations. The combined resources are expected to strengthen Wilkerson’s ability to support clients in construction, energy and infrastructure markets.
“This acquisition aligns perfectly with the Wilkerson portfolio,” said Cody Ward, CEO of Wilkerson. “Jensen’s presence reinforces our foothold in the upper Midwest, a critical region for both wind energy and large-scale infrastructure projects. Larry Smith, COO of Wilkerson, added: “Jensen Crane Services has demonstrated the same commitment to quality and customer service that defines the Wilkerson brand. We’re thrilled to acquire these assets from Rasmussen Group and welcome the Jensen team into the Wilkerson family. Their team has built an outstanding reputation in the region, and I’m confident they will fit seamlessly within our culture.”
The acquisition reflects Wilkerson’s continued focus on providing comprehensive lifting solutions and building its position in key markets.
