Vita Industrial launched the next generation of its intelligent lifting technology with the debut of the Vita Load Navigator 2.0 (VLN 2.0), now in operation on a Hensel Phelps jobsite in California. The updated system delivers enhanced safety, precision and performance in response to increasing global demand for advanced lifting solutions.
VLN 2.0 builds on the capabilities of its predecessor with several key upgrades:
“Our team has spent the past two years vigilantly listening to and collecting data from our valued operators around the world to re-engineer the Vita Load Navigator from the ground up,” said Derek Sikora, chief technology officer at Vita Inclinata. “Doubling down on the core precision and autonomy engine while doubling the power, our objective remains to provide lifting teams unprecedented control over their lifting operations.”
Hensel Phelps, one of the nation’s top general contractors, is the first to deploy the VLN 2.0. Crane operator James Morrow of Maxim Crane Works noted the system’s improved control, saying, “I could hold the load within one degree even while booming and swinging—something I’ve never been able to do before.”
Additional features highlighted on the site included convenient charging options, enclosed forklift access points and a dual-pendant control system designed for ease of use.
While the VLN 2.0 introduces new capabilities, Vita Inclinata will continue to support the original VLN system with service, training and updates. The first-generation unit remains available for both rental and purchase.
