Traylor Bros. Takes Delivery of Liebherr LR 1400 SX at CONEXPO 2026
Traylor Bros., Inc. has taken delivery of a Liebherr LR 1400 SX crawler crane at CONEXPO 2026, adding to its existing fleet of Liebherr equipment. The crane joins more than 10 Liebherr machines already in operation within the company’s fleet, including the HS 885, HS 895, HS 8200, LR 1300 and LR 1400.
According to the company, the LR 1400 SX was selected based on its load charts and reliability. The Traylor team noted the Liebherr LR 1400 SX was the ideal addition to their fleet due to the load chart best fitting their needs and the immense amount of reliability required for a crane within that class.
The LR 1400 SX crawler crane is designed for heavy lifting operations and long boom configurations. Its load capacities can be increased through derrick equipment and counterweight, while adjustable counterweight positioning and monitoring systems support crane operation. The machine also includes a self-assembly system for crawler side frames and a gradient travel aid for movement on uneven terrain.
Traylor Bros., Inc., based in Indiana, has operated for more than 80 years and works on projects including bridge, underground and marine construction. The company continues to expand its fleet as part of its ongoing operations across these sectors.
