Ritchie Bros. Lists Top-10 Big-Ticket Cranes it Sold in 2021

Feb. 8, 2022 - In 2021, Ritchie Bros. auctioneers sold more than 1,400 cranes, about 39% of them rough-terrain models.
Recently, the auction giant posted a blog listing the 10 cranes it sold for the highest prices in 2021.
The blog said that according to Rouse Services, which tracks equipment prices across the industry, the Auction Value Index for cranes is up approximately 9% year over year.
Ritchie Bros. quoted an excerpt from Rouse’s quarterly crane commentary for Q4 2021 that says the crane industry has continued to improve relative to earlier in the pandemic, and that used-crane prices have held up well.
Here are the top 10 big-ticket cranes the Ritchie Bros. sold through its multiple sales channels in 2021.
