The program will form two business units: one for large projects, led by COO Jan Kleijn, and another for crane rental services, headed by Wouter van Noort, Regional Director Europe. This restructuring aims to improve responsiveness and maintain high service standards.
In addition to Project Elevate, Mammoet is strengthening its commercial, engineering, procurement and sustainability departments, investing in innovations like zero-emission equipment and the world's strongest land-based crane, the SK6000.
