Liebherr has added the LR 1100 crawler crane to its LR series, expanding its range of lifting solutions with a compact, 100-ton (110 USt) model designed for jobsites with limited space and high-performance demands.
The LR 1100 is the smallest model in the LR series, a standout in Liebherr’s lineup. Its compact dimensions and transport-friendly design make it well-suited for urban construction, industrial applications and other environments where space constraints limit equipment options.
Despite its smaller footprint, the LR 1100 is engineered for versatility and capability. It can be configured with a main boom of up to 203.4 feet (62 meters), or a main boom of 144.3 feet (44 meters) paired with a fixed jib extending up to 65.6 feet (20 meters). These configurations allow contractors to tailor the crane’s reach and lifting capacity to their specific project requirements.
Ease of transport is another key feature of the LR 1100. The crane offers a transport width of 9.7 feet (2,983 mm) without crawlers or 11.4 feet (3,500 mm) with crawlers, enabling quicker relocation between sites. On-site assembly is streamlined with a self-assembly system and radio remote control, reducing setup time and improving operational efficiency.
The LR 1100 adds to Liebherr’s portfolio of crawler cranes by delivering heavy lifting power in a compact and easily transportable package. For more details, visit liebherr.com.
