Jussi Rautiainen to Lead Konecranes Industrial Equipment Division
Jussi Rautiainen named President of Konecranes Industrial Equipment, joining the leadership team effective January 2026.
Konecranes has announced a leadership change with the appointment of Jussi Rautiainen as president of the business area industrial equipment, effective January 1, 2026. Rautiainen will also join the Konecranes leadership team, reporting directly to Marko Tulokas.
Rautiainen succeeds Marko Tulokas in this role, following Tulokas’ appointment as Konecranes president and CEO in June 2025.
"The Industrial Equipment business is in good shape today and I am very confident that Jussi Rautiainen is the right person to build on its positive momentum. His extensive experience will be a valuable contribution to our strategy of strengthening our position in material handling solutions," said Tulokas.
Rautiainen, born in 1978, holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management. He currently serves as senior vice president of the quay & horizontal unit within Konecranes’ business area port solutions and has held various leadership roles at Konecranes since 2004.

The appointment reflects Konecranes’ continued focus on leadership alignment to support growth in material handling and industrial equipment markets.
