Fleet Cost & Care Appoints Perez-Wilkinson as Executive Vice President

Fleet Cost & Care (FCC), a fleet management software provider for the crane, rigging and specialized equipment industries, has appointed Shara Perez-Wilkinson as executive vice president of advisory and business solutions.

Based in Detroit, the company announced the appointment on Oct. 7, noting that Perez-Wilkinson will work with executive teams and stakeholders to align strategy, people and processes for long-term growth. Her responsibilities include defining strategic objectives, building scalable systems and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and profitability.

Perez-Wilkinson brings more than 15 years of experience leading organizational transformation and process optimization across multiple industries in North America. Before joining Fleet Cost & Care, she served in executive roles at TNT Crane & Rigging, including vice president and director of business operations. At TNT, she led initiatives to streamline operations, optimize vendor performance, integrate acquisitions and enhance KPI frameworks.
