July 28, 2026 - Engineered Rigging has announced a partnership with Italian manufacturer Officine CLP to distribute the company's hydraulic gantries, beam lifts, jacking towers, and customized lifting and moving systems throughout North and South America.

The agreement expands Engineered Rigging's equipment offerings while bringing Officine CLP's heavy lifting solutions to customers across the Americas.

Founded in 1973, Officine CLP manufactures hydraulic lifting and machinery moving equipment used on construction projects and in industrial facilities throughout Europe and other global markets. Under the new partnership, Engineered Rigging will have access to sell and distribute the company's product line throughout the region.

“From our meetings at Bauma to our ongoing technical discussions, the alignment between our companies was immediately clear,” said Christopher Cox, P.E., founder and president of Engineered Rigging. “Officine CLP operates with a buzzing energy of collaboration and a deep pride that extends from their engineering offices straight to the shop floor. Though our operations are an ocean apart, our companies share a passion for innovation and a heartfelt commitment to our people and our customers. It’s with great confidence and mutual appreciation that Engineered Rigging and CLP announce this partnership.”

According to the announcement, Officine CLP's equipment includes fully controlled machinery with self-contained hydraulic systems designed for heavy lifting and material handling applications.

The companies said the partnership comes as demand for heavy lifting equipment continues to grow. The announcement cited U.S. Census Bureau data showing data center construction spending has increased 27% year over year. It also noted continued investment in manufacturing and warehouse facilities has contributed to demand for equipment used during construction and ongoing plant operations.

“CLP engineers solutions that redefine efficiency and safety in complex industrial environments, and in Engineered Rigging we found the ideal partner,” said Luca Giordano, CEO of Officine CLP. “Their technical precision, engineering expertise and customer-first philosophy make Engineered Rigging uniquely qualified to bring our advanced gantry and lifting systems to these expanding markets.”

Engineered Rigging said the addition of Officine CLP expands its portfolio of heavy lifting and machinery moving equipment. The company also works with manufacturers including Enerpac, Fassi, Foxtrot, Hilman, Holmatro, Hydraulic Technologies, Jekko, and Goldhofer.

Headquartered in Valparaiso, Indiana, Engineered Rigging provides heavy rigging equipment, engineering services, and machinery moving solutions for industrial lifting projects. Officine CLP operates a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Borgo San Dalmazzo, Italy, where it designs, engineers, and manufactures its lifting equipment.
