Empire Crane Company hosted a two-day open house event, Empire Crane Days, on July 17–18 at its Syracuse, New York, headquarters. The event welcomed crane operators, industry professionals and community members to explore new machinery, meet with manufacturer representatives and enjoy local food vendors.
Equipment from Jekko, Manitex, Magni, Tadano and Broderson was on display and available for live demonstrations. Models included all-terrain cranes, rough-terrain cranes, telescopic crawler cranes, mini cranes, boom trucks and rotating telehandlers. Manufacturer representatives were present to answer technical questions and discuss equipment capabilities with attendees.
Local vendors such as Via Napoli, Habibi’s Halal Gyro, Cue-Dogs and Sara’s Lemonade provided food and refreshments, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
“Empire Crane Days was all about bringing people together—whether you’re an experienced crane operator or someone just starting out in the industry," said Luke Lonergan, owner of Empire Crane. "We wanted to create an environment where customers could not only see these incredible machines up close but also connect with the people behind the brands. The turnout and energy were amazing, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.”
The event reinforced Empire Crane’s role as a trusted resource in the crane and heavy equipment industry.
