Caldwell Appoints Director of Manufacturing and Quality

October 13, 2026 - The Caldwell Group Inc. has appointed Patrick Murphy director of manufacturing and quality, creating a new role overseeing several of the company's manufacturing and operational functions.

Murphy joins Caldwell from IFH Group Inc., a Rock Falls, Illinois-based manufacturer of custom fuel tanks and hydraulic reservoirs for off-road and specialty equipment. He most recently served as the company's vice president of operations and purchasing.

In his new position, Murphy will oversee manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, scheduling, maintenance, quality, and safety teams. He will work closely with Thaddeus Grzeskowiak, who will continue as plant manager.

Caldwell President and CEO Doug Stitt said Murphy brings experience in manufacturing operations, quality management, continuous improvement, and team development.

“Pat brings extensive manufacturing leadership experience in operations, quality management, continuous improvement, and team development. He has a proven record of improving safety, quality, performance, and employee engagement. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, open communication, continuous learning, and building strong, collaborative teams.”

Murphy said his initial focus will be understanding the organization and identifying ways to support its continued success.
