BOSS Heavy Haul names Dave Womack president and Marcus Pharr terminal manager to support heavy haul operations and regional growth.
BOSS Heavy Haul, LLC has expanded its executive leadership team with the addition of Dave Womack as president and Marcus Pharr as terminal manager, the company announced on November 24, 2025.
The leadership appointments come as BOSS Heavy Haul continues to focus on operational performance and regional service capabilities amid increased demand across its markets.
Womack brings more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, with a background in oversized and overweight hauling. He is based in Dayton, Texas, which serves as the regional hub for BOSS Heavy Haul’s Texas operations. The Dayton facility spans 80 acres and includes a 10-acre parcel designated for future development as a foreign-trade zone.
“What attracted me to the Bennett Family of Companies is the legacy of integrity, expertise and excellence built by the Lowry and Taylor family,” said Womack. “I’m excited to contribute to that legacy by fostering stronger connections among the Bennett brands and creating greater alignment that will drive value for our employees, our customers and the company as a whole.”
Marcus Pharr will oversee day-to-day operations at the Dayton terminal. Pharr has more than 22 years of experience in the heavy haul industry, with a background in operational management and complex project execution.
“BOSS Heavy Haul, LLC is growing, and I’m excited to be part of a company that prioritizes safety, professionalism and long-term opportunity,” said Pharr. “I look forward to supporting our teams and strengthening the services we deliver to our customers.”
BOSS Heavy Haul operates in Texas, Georgia and Florida, providing turnkey heavy haul services. According to the company, the leadership additions align with ongoing investments in personnel and resources to support work across the energy, technology and infrastructure sectors.
