Bennett On-Site Services, LLC — operating as BOSS Crane & Rigging and part of the Bennett Family of Companies — has expanded its presence with two new locations in Orlando, Florida, and Midland, Texas. The openings increase the company’s regional coverage and support for crane rental and rigging services across the southeastern United States.

The new Orlando site, located at 9591 Recycle Center Road, includes a 2.5-acre yard and nearby office space. According to the company, the facility strengthens its ability to serve customers and manage complex lifting projects throughout Central Florida.

BOSS has also broadened its Texas operations with a new facility at 8801 West County Road 127 in Midland. The seven-acre site is positioned to enhance service capabilities and provide a stronger operational base in West Texas and surrounding markets.

“As we enter the second half of 2025, we are confident in our position to deliver exceptional crane and rigging services to our clients across the southeast with lifting capacity from eight to 900-ton cranes,“ said Thomas Baldree, executive vice president of BOSS Crane & Rigging.

Baldree also announced the addition of Bogdan Gaita, who will lead the company’s newly formed division, BOSS Projects. “This group is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for the energy, advanced technology and space industries. Notably, BOSS Projects will play a key role in supporting the deployment of small modular reactors across the United States.”

The company reports that both new locations are fully operational and will continue emphasizing safety, reliability and service across all projects.

In addition to the expansion, BOSS has added eight new all-terrain cranes to its fleet since the start of 2025. The units range from 50 to 900 tons and are intended to support growing customer demand in existing and emerging markets.
